Your 6-Week Container Includes:

  • Anchors of Return — short movement, breath, and ritual practices that help identity shifts land in your body, not just your head.
  • 4 short movement videos per week (5-10 min). Designed for exhausted postpartum bodies — most can be done in just a few minutes, even while your baby is nearby.
  • 6 weekly live group gatherings (Zoom). A held space for ceremony, movement, ritual, and sharing in community. All sessions are recorded.
  • Guided meditations for real life. Including practices you can use while feeding, resting, or settling your nervous system.
  • Ritual movement practices. Slow, intuitive movement to help you reconnect with your body, rebuild trust, and feel at home again — without pushing or performing.
  • Journaling prompts, poetry, and curated playlists. To support reflection, integration, and emotional release between sessions.
  • Community support. You won’t do this alone. You’ll be held alongside other postpartum mothers walking this same threshold.

I’m Camille—I’ve spent my life learning how bodies heal through movement.

I'm a mom of two, a best-selling poet, life-time student of dance, and sacred space holder. I created this journey in the ache and softness of my own postpartum initiation, longing to bring the magic to one of the most transformational times of our lives

Before motherhood, I quit drinking, rebuilt my identity, rewired my nervous system, and created a daily ritual practice that carried me through two pregnancies in two years. When I couldn’t find a postpartum space rooted in ceremony, devotion, ritual and embodiment — I created one.
